Shipping & Processing Guidelines
All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed before 12pm (PT) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm (PT) Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days.
Out customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
International Delivery:
We offer worldwide shipping through Regular Post or EMS. All orders will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia, and you can choose between two shipping options:
Regular Delivery: 8 – 20 days
Express Delivery: 5 – 12 days
You can select your preferred shipping option during checkout. The shipping cost will depend on the item(s) and quantity that you have selected.
Free regular delivery is available for orders over $90.
Free Express delivery is available for orders over $150.
Hippohaeshop assumes the risk of merchandise loss during international shipment. If your shipment is lost, we will conduct a thorough investigation and either send you a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
LOST PARCELS & DELIVERY ISSUES
Hippohaeshop cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods.
Important note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Hippohaeshop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Hippohaeshop, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Refused shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Hippohaeshop you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to Hippohaeshop. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. Please allow a minimum of one business day to see movement. If you are having trouble with your tracking number, please email: support@Petinton.com
Pre-order items will be shipped between the estimated delivery dates provided. You will receive an additional shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your pre-order item has shipped, if you have both in stock and pre-order items on the same order.
