Orders and Shipping
The delivery time of your order will depend on the shipping option that you choose during checkout. On average, we estimate the following delivery times:

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please let us know as soon as possible. However, please note that if we have already dispatched your order and provided you with a tracking number, we may not be able to modify the shipping address. We kindly ask that you double-check the shipping address before placing your order to avoid any errors.

All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia.

Yes. We ship Worldwide. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Hippohaeshop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
